  • Event Logistics: Event location, date, time, and custom backdrop/branding preferences.

B. Information Collected at the Photobooth

  • Media Content: Digital photos, animated GIFs, short video clips, burst captures, and video/audio guestbook recordings taken during an event session.
  • Delivery Information: Phone numbers (for SMS/text delivery) or email addresses entered directly at the booth interface to receive digital media.
  • System & Technical Logs: Technical interaction logs generated by photobooth software (e.g., session timestamps, delivery success status, screen interactions).


C. Biometric Data Notice (Texas CUBI Compliance)

If our photobooths utilize digital filters, augmented reality (AR) props, digital masks, or facial positioning tools, the software may momentarily analyze facial features solely to align digital overlays or effects onto the live image feed.

  • We do not generate, extract, or store unique facial biometric templates, identifiers, or facial recognition databases.
  • Facial analysis occurs locally or in real-time during image capture and is permanently discarded immediately after rendering the photo or video.
  • We do not sell, trade, or share any face-scan data.


2. How We Use Your Information

  • Instant Digital Delivery: To process and send requested photos, videos, or GIFs directly to Guests via SMS, email, QR code, or AirDrop during or immediately after the event.
  • Gallery Hosting & Access: To generate online password-protected or public event galleries accessible to Event Hosts and their Guests.
  • Business Operations & Invoicing: To manage bookings, process transactions, fulfill contractual commitments, and maintain our hardware and software systems.
  • Marketing & Promotional Content: With the permission of the Event Host (or as permitted by contract), we may display select photos on our official website, social media pages, or promotional materials to demonstrate our services.
  • Customer Support: To respond to inquiries, troubleshoot delivery failures, and process photo removal requests.


3. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information or guest contact details to third parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Event Hosts: Hosts typically receive access to an online gallery, cloud link, or USB drive containing all media captured during their event.
  • Service Providers & Subprocessors: We partner with trusted third-party service providers to power our operations, including:
  • Photobooth software platforms (for media processing and instant gallery creation).
  • SMS and email gateways (e.g., Twilio, SendGrid) strictly for transmitting requested media links.
  • Cloud storage and online gallery hosting providers.
